peakAview welcomes you as soon as you drive up the elevated driveway. Beautiful mountain views are captured from the open plan living area of the home. This easy-to-use family chalet allows comfort and convenience for adventures in all seasons. As well as being fully equipped for up to six guests, this chalet allows your doggies to come on holiday too! The section is fully fenced and features a covered back deck area and dog crates for their comfort.

This chalet is elevated in a quite cul-de-sac and features beautiful native gardens and a grassed area. It is located within the Junction end of Ohakune, less than 5 minutes’ walk to the Railway Station as well as a quick 3-minute drive to Ohakune shopping centre.

Linen: All beds have duvets and pillows. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels etc.) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat/s and tea-towel/s

Linen Hire is a flat rate and not charged per night.
Single $20.00 and Double $25.00 – This includes top and Bottom Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels.

Bathroom – The bathroom features a shower over bath, vanity unit, mirror, and toilet. As well as an extraction fan.

Kitchen – This area is open plan with the living and dining area. It features a full oven, rangehood, dishwasher drawer, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Rice Cooker, and Bain Marie. There is enough cutlery, crockery, mugs, and glasses for up to 8 people.

Dining – This area is open plan and features a large wooden table with enough seating for up to 8 people.

Lounge- The lounge features three single seat chairs plus a double seater lounge suite, a coffee table, and a large flat screen television.

Entertainment – There is unlimited WIFi at this property and the Television also has Freeview and Netflix for you to login and enjoy your shows.

Heating – There is a large heat pump in the main living area.

Laundry/Drying Room- There is a washing machine and wash basin in the laundry area inside, as well as a covered back deck area for hanging clothes and a lockable dry storage shed for Skis and boards as well as bikes.

Parking/outside – There is enough off-street parking for up to 3 cars. The back decked area features a BBQ for cooking on those long summer nights. There is a lovely, grassed area as well as a beautiful native garden surrounding the property.
