Welcome to Chalet Le Roux – TP5

Situated in a quiet cul de sac, only a short distance to Ohakune town center as well as the junction après ski area. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom small footprint – eco home is suitable for a larger family or groups of friends. Chalet Le Roux welcomes you with an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The front deck allows you to capture the suns rays in the morning, and the shade on a hot summer afternoon. The home is heated by a wood burner in the main living area, as well as additional heating in the bedroom downstairs. As well as full insulation, this home has an additional eco wrap to keep the mountain chill at bay in the winter months.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom one (downstairs) – 1x Queen bed (sleeps 2) & 1x Set of Single bunks (sleeps 2)

Bedroom Two (Mezzanine Floor) – 1x Queen bed (sleeps 2)

Linen: All beds have duvets and pillows. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels etc.) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat/s and tea-towel/s
You can hire Linen for us – we will make sure this is made up on the beds prior to your arrival
Linen Hire is a flat rate and not charged per night.
Single $20.00 and Double $25.00 – This includes top and Bottom Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels.

Bathroom – The bathroom features a Shower, vanity, and basin unit as well as a heated towel rail.

There is a separate toilet located downstairs.

Kitchen – This area is open plan with the lounge and living area. It features a well-equipped modern kitchen with an induction cook top and under bench oven, large fridge and freezer and coffee machine.

Dining – Large wooden dining table with seating for six.

Lounge – Surrounding the wood burner you’ll find a comfortable three-seater couch as well as two armchairs and a coffee table.

Entertainment – There is a large flat screen TV with chrome cast. As well as unlimited WIFI. There is also a selection of children’s books and board games.

Heating – Large efficient wood burner in the main living area, as well as additional heating in the downstairs bedroom. There is double glazing throughout as well as fully insulation with an extra eco wrap.

Laundry/Drying Room – This is in the internal garage area. There is a washing machine as well as clothes hangers.

Parking/Garage – Single internal garage and there is enough off-street parking for up to 3 cars.
