1st bedroom has 1 x Queen bed
2nd bedroom has 1 x Queen bed
3rd bedroom has 2 x single bunk beds
All beds with duvets and pillows.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms each with a shower, toilet, vanity unit. Main bathroom also has a bath!
Dining: Wooden dining table with seating for 6 plus 3 comfortable bar stools. A high chair is available for bubbies!
Drying Room: Separate large drying cupboard in laundry.
Entertainment: Modern Samsung TV with DVD and stereo system.
Heating:This lovely new chalet is equipped with a very functional heat pump keeping you very comfortable in all-weathers.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and newest stovetop and oven.
Laundry: Separate laundry area with washing machine and tub.
Linen: All beds have duvets and pillows. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillow-cases, towels etc) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat/s and tea-towel/s.
Lounge: Open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. Lounge has comfortable high-quality seating for 6 plus 2 x boomer bean-bags.
Parking: Off-street parking for 3-4 x cars. (1-2 undercover in car-port).

Views: Minimal mountain view however, the reasons to rent this particular chalet are its safe location (the new Snowmass development), its lovely new features, and its privacy. One of the boundaries is farm.
