(Chalet code TW6)  The 'Ohakune Yacht Club' is a cozy railway cottage, situated just 5 minutes walk from town. With the best views of Mt Ruapehu and surrounded by native plantings, the cottage is well setup for skiers and holiday makers alike.

1st bedroom (ground floor) has 1 x Queen bed plus 1 x Single bed
2nd bedroom (ground floor) has 1 x Queen bed plus 1 x Single bed
The loft (steep stairs) has 1 x Queen bed plus 2 x Single beds

Bathroom:  The modern bathroom has a great shower, separate toilet, double vanity and a large heated towel rail.

Dining / Kitchen / Lounge: A refurbishment was completed 2007-2008, including a very functional kitchen, with dish washer, fridge/freezer and electric oven. Also plenty of cutlery/crockery.

The retro style open plan spacious living space has plenty of comfy couches and a great entertaining dining area . There's even an 'old piano'.

Heating: The new Kent fire (plenty of firewood) cranks out the heat and the under-floor insulation keeps the house cozy and warm all day and night.

House has a good sized sheltered lawn and veranda and deck, is both a perfect winter and summer holiday house.

Laundry: For outdoor adventurers there is a drying room for your wet gear, plus a washing machine and dryer.

Parking: Plenty of off street parking.
