A lovely two bedroom chalet, situated in Southridge Drive, only a few minutes walk to the junction and close to the beginning of the mountain road.

This chalet is very versatile with the bedding configuration. It has two bedrooms on upper level which can sleep either two couples or one couple and two singles.
NB: Tariff is based on occupancy of four.
With prior arrangement, additional tenants (max 2) will be charged at $20(Summer) or $25 (Winter) per person per night.
Bedrooms:
1st bedroom has 1x Queen bed
2nd bedroom has2x Queen beds
Linen: All beds have duvets and pillows. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillow-cases, towels etc) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat/s and tea-towel/s
Bathroom: One bathroom downstairs with a shower, heated towel rail and one toilet.
Heating: a Kent-style fireplace with an ample supply of firewood - keeping you cosy! Electric oil heaters throughout the chalet.
Kitchen / Dining / Living: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, glassware and crockery. A large fridge freezer, microwave and a full standing oven. Dining suite comfortably seats six. The cosy lounge area poses two twin seater couches.
Entertainment: Full stereo system, flat screen TV with Freeview (bring your own decoder for Sky) and a DVD player.
Laundry / Drying: Laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Ski/Board Storage: A large lockable, single internal garage for packing and unpacking the car. Plenty of storage for skis and boards.
Parking: Additional off-street parking for 1 car.
